Dennis L. Goins - Registered Professional Engineer

Graduated from West Virginia University with a B. S. Degree in Petroleum Engineering. Has over 34 years experience in Drilling, Completion, Production and Workover operations, Oil and gas Property Appraisals for Development Drilling, Acquisitions and Divestitures. Employed by a major Oil Company, Major Oilfield Service Company and an Independent Oil Company for 15 years prior to forming a Petroleum Engineering Consulting Firm in 1977. Major emphasis of consulting work has been two-fold; (1) deep, high pressure and directional drilling and (2) oil and gas property evaluation/appraisal as related to acquisitions and development drilling in order to generate and/or enhance oil and gas recoverable reserves.
